May Ngai
Global Travel Retail Manager
In my role, I work closely with key retail partners and distributors to strengthen Walker’s presence in key airports and travel hubs, bringing Scotland’s iconic shortbread to travelling consumers around the world.
My career has been rooted in travel retail for over a decade. Prior to joining Walker’s, I held regional roles across Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia with L’Oréal TRAP, L’Occitane, and Rémy Cointreau. Across these positions, I partnered with airport operators, inflight retailers and distributors to support brand growth, secure new listings and develop travel-exclusive initiatives across multiple markets.
With an international background and longstanding focus on the channel, I am proud to contribute to Walker’s continued expansion within the global travel retail community and the Travel Retail Consortium.
