HEINEKEN EMEA Export and Global Duty Free has a truly global and dedicated Duty Free and Travel Retail team focused on providing the best support and value to our customers. Our strategic role for HEINEKEN’s global business is to develop our beer and cider brands, to grow categories and to establish new partnerships in the Cruise, Ferry, Airline and Border channels globally.
Our aim is to be a long-term reliable partner for our customers in over 50 markets and to delight consumers with our extensive portfolio of local and international beer and cider brands led by Heineken®. We are also accelerating in zero alcohol to champion responsible consumption, and expanding into new categories to ensure we meet consumers’ preferences to the fullest.

My name is Richard van Bosse, working for the HEINEKEN company since 2000 and working in the Global Duty Free and travel retail business since 2012.
In the beginning of my career with the global duty free department of Heineken I was responsible for all military business in the world and since 2019 I am servicing all ferries crossing in Europe and the UK. During my roles in both channels I gained a lot of knowledge in logistical solutions and build on my experience in both On and Off trade.
