Sophie Sponagle
Head of Business Development, Global Travel Retail
Sophie started her career in travel retail in 2008 and says she knew straight away that it was an industry she was destined to work in. After starting out as a P&C buyer, her ambition was to work directly for a brand and in 2016 the opportunity came up with Molton Brown. She has worked in the company’s global travel retail team since joining in 2016 and further to her promotion in 2023, now has the fantastic opportunity of focusing on global business development for the channel, which she says is thriving.
