Kurate International is looking ahead to 2024 and beyond with new collections designed to meet the needs of today’s travelling consumers.
Following its successful participation in this year’s TFWA World Exhibition, the jewellery and watch specialist, which has been a mainstay of the travel retail industry for over a decade, has released new and refreshed ranges for its popular Belle & Beau and Moon brands.
Sharon Edwards, Kurate International International/Travel Retail Key Account Manager, said: “The Cannes event met and passed all expectations this year. We had some amazing appointments covering all aspects of travel retail. Some were current customers plus we had a lot of interest from new global customers, all of which we are following up on now.
“New collections prompted a fantastic response from retailers and other visitors. We’re passionate about what we do, and we are determined to help our partners find the ideal solutions for their businesses, and for their customers.
“Our jewellery and watches, at impulse price points and with unique packaging solutions, are developed for the travel industry. We are looking forward to brand expansion around the world in 2024.”
The latest Belle & Beau collections introduce Arm Candy and Stack it Up bracelets, targeting the ongoing stacking trend while Anklets also hits the growing popularity of ankle jewellery. The new range includes the ‘classic’ Ocean Treasures with pearls and gold plating and the colourful Rainbow Dreams.
Synergy sets of earrings and necklaces include the Multipiece Luxe set, a finalist in the 2023 Travel Retail Awards. Another trend towards T-bar designs is met through a new range of necklaces, bracelets and earrings while Goddess, Amore and Paragon offer a wide selection of pieces to cater for every jewellery-buying occasion.
The colourful Wear the Rainbow range offers sets in yellow, rose and silver plating and also offers two bracelet trios: Triple Kaleidoscope and Over the Rainbow. All Ears caters for earring lovers while the Time to Shine watch line-up includes the Arena Watch and bracelet set.
The new ‘Jet’ range was particularly well received in Cannes. This collection is a striking fusion of elegance and edge, including different styles of earrings, toggle bracelets, and a necklace. The collection combines the richness of gold and silver with bold black accents, each piece making a statement of individuality.
Belle & Beau’s new displays and merchandising furniture includes a free-standing unit, designed to maximise sales potential and create a more instant, interactive experience. Each side has its own key marketing theme highlighting multi-buy promotions, best sellers, gift ideas and travel retail exclusive lines.
A countertop spinner holds approximately 50 SKUs, priced from £12 to £25, and counter-top pop-up displays, which can be tailored to suit space availability, are also available.
All Belle & Beau products are packaged. “I believe this is a great sales point, especially in travel retail,” Edwards said. “For gifting it’s perfect but there is also that nice feeling of buying yourself jewellery which is so well presented. Considering the price range of our products – from £12 to £42 – this just adds to our outstanding offer.”
Kurate International’s popular Moon watch range includes Hazy Days with matching bracelet in five colourways, the stand-out Treasure Chest range along with Lifestyle, a finalist in the Frontier Awards 2023. The Marbled in the Frame line comes with a complimentary bracelet as do the four watches in the All that Glitters set.
